What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated orthodontic customer service experience is required.
• Travel: Reliable transportation and a strict willingness to travel to our local offices, including Carson City, as needed.
• Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a vibrant, welcoming personality.
• Mindset: A passion for learning, a love for teamwork and collaboration, and total alignment with our mission, vision, and core values.
• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to prioritize the health of our team and patients.
  
  

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• First Impressions: Be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, greeting patients and families with legendary customer service.
• Schedule & Coordination: Efficiently manage orthodontic scheduling, multi-line phones, and patient check-ins/check-outs across our high-energy front office.
• Multi-Site Support: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting front desk operations at our designated local clinics.
• Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our clinical orthodontic assistants and doctors to ensure an excellent, timely patient experience.
