We're on the lookout for a Full-Time Front Desk Team Member who’s ready to grow with us, bring good vibes, and help patients smile a little brighter every day. We’ve been crafting confident smiles in Reno and Carson City for over 20 years, and we’re just getting started!

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly face and first point of contact for our amazing patients
• Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient check-ins/check-outs like a pro
• Keep things running smoothly at the front desk while supporting the entire ortho team
• Travel between our Reno and Carson City offices (don’t worry — it’s local!)

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in dental or medical!)
• Comfort with multi-line phones and a fast-paced environment
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Someone who’s organized, positive, and ready to learn
• Passionate about helping others and creating a five-star patient experience
