Job Description
Executive search firm specializing in national IT technical searches is looking for a SAP FICO/FIN Analyst and Sr. Analyst for their $7 billion global consumer products client in Michigan. This role is a functional role with the ideal candidate possessing sharp business acumen as well as an expertise with SAP FICO/FIN module. This individual will take a functional approach to define SAP FICO/FIN functions, business processes and user needs with an understanding of product costing and profitability analysis.
This is a permanent position with a base salary and world-class benefits package including a relocation package covering all expenses, medical/dental/vision/life/disability for individual and family, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, vacation and continued training on emerging technologies all totaling an additional $30,000. This role will consider H-1 Visa sponsorship.

Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Position experience levels are:
- Analyst Level: will meet the minimum requirements listed below
- Senior Analyst Level: will meet the minimum requirements AND also meet or exceed the preferred qualifications listed below
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of previous work experience in Information Systems roles, 9 years preferred
- Any one of the following:
- 3 years of FIN Analyst experience to include advanced product costing and/or profitability analysis (CO-PA) skills, 6 years preferred
- Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, 3 projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of how to configure and apply SAP software solutions to solve business requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Additional work hours as required, including weekends
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Requires a valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report
