Job Description
•Collaborate with field HR and CoEs to understand and translate business requirements into formal configuration requirements documentation.
•Create and review mass updates to data (EIBs).
•Troubleshoot configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes.
•Effectively uses process analysis and documentation methodologies, tools and standards to assess and deploy new/reconfigured functionality.
•Manages projects end to end from project planning through testing to delivery to ensure a successful end-user experience for all new deployments and on-going maintenance of Workday .
•Effectively collaborates with external SME to develop “most current” solutions to continually improve and optimize Workday.
•Define mechanisms to obtain and analyze on-going end user feedback.
•Analysis of Workday updates and recommendations to Workday roadmap, including creation of regression test plan(s).
•Manage Workday patch updates, as well as weekly fixes/enhancements.
Qualifications
- 5 years working directly with HRIS systems
- Bachelor's Degree
