Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Specialist with strong industry relationships and a proven track record of selling countertop slabs. Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new accounts with countertop fabricators, builders, designers, and contractors across Arkansas
- Maintain relationships and drive repeat business with existing customers
- Conduct regular in-person visits to fabricators and job sites
- Promote Bluestone World’s full product line and new arrivals
- Track sales activity and pipeline through our CRM (training provided)
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company professionally at local trade events and industry meet-ups
Requirements
✔ 3–5 years of experience selling stone slabs or related building materials (quartz/granite preferred)
✔ Strong existing relationships with countertop fabricators is a major plus
✔ Self-motivated hunter mentality—proven ability to open new accounts
✔ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide
✔ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
✔ Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: Aggressive commission structure monthly performance incentives
