Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing and client relations? We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Tucson, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite and be an integral part of our projects from inception to completion.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage client files and projects efficiently.
• Track projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve client requests with urgency.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing project-related questions.
• Perform data entry within our system of record, SalesForce.
• Follow up on quality control tasks, ensuring all internal approvals are received and projects are delivered to clients.
• Handle FedEx tracking and other logistical details.
• Provide basic social media support through posts.
• Set up rooms and offer support for managers during classes.
• Requirements :
• Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with CRM tools, especially SalesForce, is a plus.
• Proficient in data entry and tracking.
• Quick and efficient in answering emails from the design team and clients.
