Job Description:

• As a Senior Natural/ADABAS Developer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining statewide SNAP/TANF Eligibility Determination systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in integrating new technologies and automating processes, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise system programming using NATURAL and COBOL in a Linux environment.
• Troubleshoot complex eligibility determination systems and provide on-call support.
• Analyze, design, and implement large-scale development projects on IBM Mainframe/Linux systems.
• Interpret and apply federal and state mandates within Linux systems like MAVS.

What We're Looking For:

• 10 years of experience in NATURAL and COBOL programming with ADABAS database expertise.
• 6 years of experience with SNAP and TANF eligibility systems.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Advanced skills in NATURAL/Natural One, COBOL, and ADABAS.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SCRUM and Jira Software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
• Experience converting outdated technologies to new, innovative solutions.
