In this role, you’ll steer enterprise-scale applications from concept to deployment, aligning with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading full-stack development efforts with Java Spring Boot and React.
• Crafting normalized PostgreSQL schemas to foster scalable entity relationships.
• Designing and maintaining secure RESTful APIs for seamless data integration.
• Developing modern UI components utilizing React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and reusable design patterns.
• Guiding data migration strategies, ensuring fidelity between legacy and new systems.
• Orchestrating application deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentoring mid-level developers while providing strategic technical leadership.
• Upholding compliance with 508 accessibility standards and enterprise security protocols.
• Handling additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• 8 years of experience in software development, including 5 years with Java Spring Boot and 3 years with React.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL design, normalization, and query optimization.
• Consistent track record delivering web applications for 10k users.
• Proven ability leading application deployments and system upgrades.
• Top Secret Clearance is a requirement.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, potentially including additional project/client-specific screenings.
