**Your Impactful Role:**
As an iData System Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our application and infrastructure operations across multiple environments. Your expertise will guide our teams in executing advanced technical strategies and solving complex challenges. You'll work closely with technical entities to support diagnostics, manage cloud environments, and implement new application service accounts for seamless integration with external systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain system operations across production, pre-production, and staging environments.
- Collaborate with technical entities for authentication and network optimization.
- Manage on-prem cloud environments for failover site deployments.
- Support application enhancements and provide end-user helpdesk support.
- Utilize your expertise in Microsoft .NET, AppFabric, MVC web-based development, and more.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in managing IIS and IIS hosted applications.
- Strong SQL server database querying and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET, SharePoint Server, and FAST search.
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
