What You'll Be Doing...

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs across the local campus, ensuring compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle standards.
• Identify and implement OM&R Strategies to guarantee safe, reliable, and efficient operations within a campus-based complex.
• Conduct JLL Quality control audits and inspections, providing detailed deficiency reports.
• Provide expert technical assistance, training, and troubleshooting support to teams within a designated territory.
• Engage in hands-on repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other essential building systems.

The Right Person Has...

• A diploma or GED, with comparable work experience or completion of a vocational degree program or apprenticeship.
• 5 years of commercial HVAC experience and knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
• Certifications including NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, and EPA Certification.
• Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and web-based applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to modify and create reports and procedures.
• Capability to manage diverse relationships with team members, contractors, and clients effectively.

Physical Work Requirements...

• Ability to navigate a campus environment with extensive walking between buildings.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions and be available for overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call duties.
