Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking a part-time Porter / Maintenance Technician for The Lexus, a luxury condominium community in Portland's Pearl District. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on keeping the property clean, attractive, and well maintained, with the opportunity to assist with light maintenance and repairs.

This position is approximately 20 hours per week. Specific hours are still being determined, and some scheduling flexibility may be available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Keep common areas, grounds, walkways, and other shared spaces clean and presentable.
• Pick up litter, trash, pet waste, and other debris around the property.
• Empty trash and maintain waste areas as needed.
• Perform light groundskeeping and help maintain the overall appearance of the community.
• Complete routine cleaning and property upkeep tasks.
• Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs based on your skills and experience.
• Regularly walk and inspect the property and report maintenance, safety, or appearance concerns.
• Assist residents and building staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help make sure The Lexus consistently reflects the standards of a luxury condominium community.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Willingness to handle all aspects of property cleanup—including pet waste and trash.
• Basic maintenance or handyman skills are a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay active throughout your shift and perform the physical requirements of the position.
