We are seeking a Groundskeeper who takes pride in their work! The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring our community and curb appeal sparkles.
The community is called The Darby Apartments and is located in Holly Springs, GA. The Darby is a luxury Class A community near the Woodstock area. The property has 282 units and was built in 2019.
As Groundskeeper, your mission will be to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community grounds and amenities; ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to for our residents and guests. To achieve this mission you will:
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the community including curb appeal, amenities, leasing office, parking lots, and all other areas of the property
- Dispose of any waste and debris throughout the community
- Communicate any health or safety issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Properly operate and maintain all necessary tools and equipment.
- Plant, prune, weed, seed and remove foliage, shrubs, trees or grasses or other grounds work
- Assist in the preparation of make ready units
- Perform pool cleaning daily, maintain pool chemical log, and ensure proper chemical balance where/when applicable.
- Complete all assigned services request

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO BLUESTONE
- Reliable transportation to and form work is required
- Grounds experience preferred, will train the right person
- General maintenance knowledge
