Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Livonia, MI location. The BCBA’s responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles, and providing supervision and training to behavior technicians. The BCBA will monitor progress, ensure treatment fidelity, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to create a supportive and effective therapy environment. The role also involves maintaining documentation and ongoing data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing ABA-based treatment plans
- Proficiency in supervising and training behavior technicians and providing constructive feedback
- Strong data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and team members
- Commitment to creating a family-centered, supportive environment
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism and implementing evidence-based practices
- Knowledge of best practices in ABA and compliance with ethical standards
