About the Role:
Bluestone Children’s Center is seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA to join our team in Livonia, MI. As a clinician-led, trauma-informed ABA center, we prioritize quality care, realistic caseloads, and a positive team culture. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/technicians
- Track progress and make data-informed decisions
- Work closely with families for generalization
- Lead one after-school social group per week
- Attend team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions
Requirements:
- Active BCBA Certification
- Licensed (or eligible) in Michigan
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Trauma-informed experience a plus
- Credentialed with major insurance companies
