Duties
- Assist with projects according to established procedures or as assigned by the Resident Manager
- Perform lifting and manual handling tasks safely to move materials and equipment around the facility
- Operation of basic tools under supervision when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Painting, cleaning, pool maintenance, irrigation maintenance, landscape
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for understanding basic tools and equipment operation
- Prior experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Strong commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to perform lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Knowledge of general maintenance, landscaping, painting, sanding, wood repairs
- Excellent physical stamina, attention to detail, and reliability in completing assigned tasks efficiently
