Kidron Bethel Village is looking for a full-time Maintenance Painter to join our team! The regularly scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Painter is to prepare, and paint assigned areas and assist with general repair and maintenance of facility structures and building systems.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepare and paints in assigned areas.
- Prepare assigned areas properly before painting.
- Use appropriate painting techniques and produce a high quality of work.
Repair structures and building systems.
- Complete work orders and perform other duties as requested.
- Assist maintenance personnel in maintaining structures and building systems in a satisfactory condition.
Maintain supplies and equipment needed to perform daily maintenance tasks.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean, and attractive manner.
- Use drop cloths when necessary to avoid getting paint on floor or furniture.
- Clean all painting equipment and supplies using appropriate chemicals and put them away.
- Inform supervisor of areas needing attention or repair and of need equipment and supplies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be at least eighteen [18] years of age
- Must have prior experience with preparing and painting a variety of surfaces and finishes
Physical Requirements:
Medium Work – Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
Salary : $16 - $20
