What You'll Do
As a Pack & Move Associate, you'll play a hands-on role supporting clients through life transitions. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients and families with sorting, organizing, and preparing household belongings
- Safely packing items, including fragile pieces, valuables, and kitchenware
- Unpacking and setting up new homes to be orderly, functional, and welcoming
- Providing warm, friendly, and professional support to clients during what may be an emotional time
- Maintaining a safe and respectful work environment at all job sites
- Collaborating with team members to exceed client expectations

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly
- Prior experience providing excellent customer service

- Detail-oriented, flexible, and reliable
- Hours: Vary by project; shifts typically range from 2 to 8 hours
- Scheduling: Flexible; assignments may be offered with short notice
- Work Type: Hands-on, in-person work inside client homes
