- Competitive pay
- $22.50-$23.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 17.50 for each billable client hour worked
- 15.50/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
- Fully paid training — no experience required
- Company-paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

- Dedicated On-Site BCBA Support - Work alongside an on-site BCBA who provides real-time clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in your role and grow professionally.
- A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
- Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level
- Position Type Full-Time
- Schedule
- Monday-Friday between 800 AM - 500 PM
- Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
- Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
- Hours are not guaranteed

What You’ll Do
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
