Pay, Benefits & Perks
- Competitive pay:
- $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 16.00 for each billable client hour worked
- 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
- Fully paid training — no experience required

Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (20 Hours a week)
- Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
- Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
- Hours are not guaranteed
