- Monthly Performance Bonus $7,000 - $18,000 annually (paid monthly)

Daily Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering excellent ABA services.
- Develop and lead personalized treatment plans built around each client's individual needs — never generic templates.
- Partner with our compassion-led clinical committees to share clinical insights and strengthen care delivery.
- Reinforce a culture grounded in ethics and outcomes rather than direct-service-hour targets.
- Carry out functional behavior assessments and modify programming based on data and professional judgment.
- Offer impactful parent coaching and family training to sustain progress between therapy sessions.
- Comply with all BACB ethical standards, state regulations, and payer-specific requirements.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable area of study (for BCBA holders).
- Valid BCBA or BCaBA certification with the BACB (or valid RBT certification combined with ongoing graduate coursework pointing toward BCBA certification).
- Eligible to pass a background screening covering criminal background and driving record.
- Strong familiarity with BACB ethical rules and the applicable state and payer guidelines.
- Track record of creating parent and caregiver training programs.
- Clear written and verbal communication capabilities for working with families and documenting treatment.
- History of supervising behavior technicians or RBTs in a center-style ABA environment.
- Desire to take part in applied research or share findings at professional conferences.
