Seeking an entry-to-mid level Action Officer/Program Management Support Specialist. The level of effort is 50-75%, with time dedicated to portfolio administration, program operations and logistics, and DARPA process execution.
This position requires demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- Portfolio and Task Management: Management of program knowledge, actions, and tasks across diverse portfolio of programs. Forward-leaning attitude and willingness to learn, providing proactive support across the Front Office, PM technical SMEs and supporting DARPA Offices to ensure successful program execution.
- Program Documentation and Coordination: Development and coordination of key program documents, including PADs and CUI Guides, in accordance with TTO policy and procedures.
- Acquisition Support: Acquisition documentation development, Scientific Review processes including SRB documentation development and cost analysis and knowledge of associated business and financial management processes.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordination of a variety of meetings including office calls, technical working groups and industry days.
Additional Details:
- Work Location: On-site at the client site in Arlington, VA
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience, must include prior DARPA experience
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
