Job Details:
- Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!
- Caseloads build rapidly, just speak with anyone in the company!
- We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.
- We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
- Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
- Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
- Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
- Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
- Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ and transgender community desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
Salary : $60 - $70
