Senior Financial Analyst
This is a newly created role that will work closely with the Finance Manager and CFO. The CFO is looking to implement new tools for finance, AI and a new ERP system in the coming year. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn and grow with a company poised for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive decision making across the business by translating data into clear recommendations for functional leaders.
- Build strong relationships with functional owners across sales, operations, and finance.
- Own the monthly and quarterly reporting pack: P&L, KPI scorecards, and variance commentary
- Build executive-level dashboards in Power BI that turn messy data into clear decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
- Two or more years of experience with corporate finance, financial analysis or investment banking
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel
- Strong data analytics skills and natural curiosity
