Food Service Manager

We are searching for a new food service manager to join our team who

is interested in hiring and training other team members in our food service.

You would be making sure that your team adheres to company policies, resolving

customer complaints, leading the team and organizing the team schedule weekly.

To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous

experience in Food management.

Food Service responsibilities:

• Ensuring company policies are followed
• Optimizing profits by controlling cost
• Hiring, training and developing new employees
• Controlling Waste
• Ensuring product availability according to planogram
• Overseeing of food inventory on hand
• Inventory Count Monthly
• Maintaining gross profit monthly
• Completing task assigned in timely manner
• Following all State Heath Department requirements on cleaning and sanitizing
• Able to manage time wisely
• Must have or be willing to pass a Serv-Safe testing
• Assist customers whenever necessary
• Able to set goals and motivate employees to meet them
• Keep kitchen clean and organized
• Follow Temperature logs and review them to ensure proper temps.
• Take disciplinary action when needed
• Communicate with team and work closely with store manager

Food Service Requirements:

• High school or equivalent education level
• Be a team player
• Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and have customer service skills
• Have the ability to work autonomously when required
• Experience in Food or have management experience in Food Service
