AT&T Sales Representative

Bluesky Brandworks is looking for a motivated and people-focused AT&T Sales Representative to join our growing team in Traverse City, Michigan.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop professional sales skills, and is looking for a career with opportunities for growth. Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training and coaching to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will:

• Represent AT&T products and services in a professional and engaging manner
• Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain wireless, internet, and related products and services
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist customers with questions and product options
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, products, and services

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• Professional, dependable, and motivated
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
• Goal-oriented and willing to learn
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus—but not required
