Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various customer needs will be essential to your success.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate and complete quotes.
- Present yourself as friendly and professional at all times.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
- Coordinate with technicians on job scheduling and other tasks as needed.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
- Foster strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Opening & Closing of the office/shop space.
- Maintain office space to a high standard of cleanliness which includes light cleaning duties on a daily basis.
- Ordering supplies and materials as needed for work orders.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in customer service associate duties is required.
- Familiarity with quoting and scheduling appointments is required. A minimum of 2 years is required.
- 1 years of experience with quoting auto glass or auto body repair jobs is preferred.
- Experience with converting calls and web contacts to scheduled appointments is required.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
- A background in sales or merchandising will be beneficial for this role as this role is a critical component for delivering revenue growth for the business.
- Able to work independently throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
