Join Our Team as a Project Clarifier – Hybrid Role Supporting BlueScope Construction
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Project Clarifier to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they exceed expectations, meet safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity to lead with impact, problem-solve with creativity, and foster meaningful relationships with builders, peers, and suppliers.
As a Project Clarifier, you’ll play a key role in managing and clarifying builder orders, preparing detailed project descriptions, and supporting the Engineering team with some detailing responsibilities. You’ll help ensure projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards while fostering strong relationships with builders, peers, and suppliers.

The Project Clarifier establishes or clarifies specific projects that are submitted as orders. The Clarifier prepares detailed descriptions of projects and their requirements to allow efficient processing by the Engineering team. They focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, and safety. The Project Clarifier also focuses on supporting and engaging in a collaborative work environment with all internal associates.

What You'll Do
The Project Clarifier establishes or clarifies specific projects that are submitted as orders. - Clarify Builder orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization which includes communicating with external customers
- Work with Engineering team to coordinate activities in Vision model throughout engineering process
- Provide technical expertise to customers

- Have 2 years of experience in the metal building industry
- Are detail-oriented and comfortable with technical documentation and project coordination
