Pay: $25hr (depending on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extensive expertise in residential heating and cooling products.
- A positive attitude with the capacity to maintain composure.
- Commitment to professionalism in appearance, vehicle maintenance, and documentation.
- Punctuality and reliability in adhering to schedules.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both colleagues and customers.
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with customers and explain solutions clearly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC as a technician or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Great communication and customer service skills
CERTIFICAIONS:
- Valid EPA certification
- Low voltage license is a plus
- A valid Washington state driver's license
- Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug screening (excluding THC)
