This position exists to ensure that our business applications are effectively administered, integrated, and optimized to meet operational needs. What You’ll Do (major Responsibilities)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at varying levels of technical expertise.
- Understanding of business SaaS applications administration and interconnection across modern eCommerce, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Experience working with data analytics and practical application of data to affect business processes and team performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex systems, with a focus on JavaScript and JSON.
- Scope and manage projects with technical contractors.
- Manage internal initiatives related to system changes and improvements.
- Create and maintain standard documentation and training materials for business systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience in SaaS application administration and system integrations.
- Background in data analytics with practical application to business operations.
- Proficiency in complex system debugging (JavaScript, JSON).
- Experience managing technical projects and coordinating with contractors.
- Ability to develop clear documentation and training resources.
- Administers and customizes HubSpot, NetSuite, and Celigo.
- Provides general IT systems support and manages MS365 administration.
- Designs and administers databases.
- Administers Power BI and develops reports and dashboards.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, particularly while working at a computer or during meetings.
- Frequent use of computer systems, keyboards, and other office equipment requiring fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and visual focus.
- Occasional standing, walking, or moving between office areas, server rooms, or partner sites.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment or related materials (typically up to 25 lbs.).
- Capacity to work extended hours on occasion, including evenings or weekends, to support system upgrades, deployments, or issue resolution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical users, both in person and virtually.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve under pressure, and maintain focus in a fast-paced IT support environment.
