NOW HIRING: Independent Living/Transitional Living Caseworker -Bachelor degree in social work or related field OR Caseworker II & III: Bachelor degree in Social Work 


Join our Team! Blueprints is hiring for a Independent Living/Transitional Living Caseworker.  The Caseworker will assist in the coordination, initiation, and implementation of groups and individual Life Skills Training Sessions. They will also oversee and provide individual in-home services to youth placed in the Phase II: Apartment Living Preparation.
