Community Engagement Specialist responsible for leading volunteer programs, senior center operations, and community outreach initiatives to support older adults. This role manages the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program by recruiting, placing, and supporting volunteers, ensuring compliance, and building strong community partnerships. It also develops and executes marketing strategies to promote programs and increase community engagement, while overseeing daily operations across multiple senior centers, including staff supervision, program coordination, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in volunteer management, outreach, or senior services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, communications, marketing, public administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with older adults, volunteer management, community outreach, or program coordination preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and volunteers effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and general office technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
