Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to obtain a life insurance license (we’ll show you exactly how and provide study materials)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, ambitious, and self-driven
- Smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet access
Compensation
- 100% commission-based (no caps on income)
- Bonuses and incentives for top producers
- Realistic earning potential: $60,000 – $150,000 annually depending on effort and performance
