Job Title: Sr. Project ManagerJob description: A locally established design-build firm located in Rockville, MD is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and construction of commercial and government projects.Responsibilities:Review design-build drawings for coordinationProvide submittals, construction scheduleMonitor project deliverablesUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team members with tasks assigned to themBe able to handle multiple different projects at once ranging in size from $100,000 to over $5 million.Qualifications:Bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is requiredStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsProfessional Maryland architectural / engineering license is highly preferredWorking experience with local DC area local government agencies is highly preferredStrong PC skills with expert knowledge of various office and construction scheduling softwareSome of the Benefits Include:Benefits include health insurance 401k w/ match up to 5% Two weeks of PTO This is not a hybrid or remote role
