- The estimated pay range for this role is $190,000 - $250,000 based on experience.
- Oversee and manage multiple project teams, making staffing decisions and conducting performance reviews.
- Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring each project has a clear plan for success from the outset.
- Resolve project challenges by removing obstacles for Project Managers (PMs) and field leadership.
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication.
- Mentor and coach project teams, focusing on performance improvement and fostering a culture of accountability.
- 12 years in mechanical and/or plumbing construction, with 3–5 years of experience in managing multiple project teams.
- Proven track record managing MEP construction projects or portfolios valued between $15M and $200M .
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, including procurement and coordination technologies like BIM.
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam Revu is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred; familiarity with the MD/VA/DC market is a plus.
