Job Title: Commercial Carpenter - Secret Clearance

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading construction company specializing in Federal projects in the Washington DC area. Their team is committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining high standards of safety and security on all job sites. They are currently seeking skilled cleared Commercial Carpenters to join their dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and finishing.
• Install ACT ceilings and execute painting duties as needed.
• Assist with minor masonry, concrete work, and flooring installations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly managed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial carpentry.
• Active US Government security clearance (at least Secret) required.
• Proficient in a wide range of carpentry techniques and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
