- The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 based on experience.
- Oversee management of company-owned and independent transportation assets, including a fleet of 60-80 trucks combined.
- Direct dispatch operations and coordinate activities with brokered trucking partners.
- Supervise a team of trucking foremen to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Facilitate fleet maintenance, inspections, and compliance to guarantee vehicle readiness.
- Develop strategies to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce costs, while ensuring adherence to DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management within the construction, civil, or asphalt sectors.
- Proven experience in managing transportation operations within heavy civil construction or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, dispatching, and transportation logistics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with transportation management software is a plus.
- Current CDL license is highly preferred.
