What benefits and perks do we offer for our Dentists?
- Salary range:
- Average new graduate income $175K
- 2-4 years of experience average income is $225K
- 5 years of experience average income is $275K
- Owner doctors: 325K
- You are paid 30% of collections, and we collect at or above 99% at every location. We do not remove x-rays from your production, charge you lab fees, and create hidden costs to affect your overall income. It is plain and simple, 30% of everything you do is what you are paid. Corporations may give you a higher percentage up front, but after all of the codes that go back to the house and fees you are charged, you will end up much lower than 30%.
