Blueprint is a special place with a collaborative work environment and a healthy work-life balance.About the RoleThe Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at one of our office locations. This role combines front desk reception duties with office coordination, including facilities coordination and food and supply ordering. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at creating a welcoming and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk DutiesServe as the first point of contact for visitors and employees at one of our offices. Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain a professional and friendly reception area. Office CoordinationCoordinate cleaning services and ensure office meets cleanliness standards. Coordinate maintenance and utility services with building management, including scheduling repairs.Coordinate furniture and equipment upkeep, including replacements when necessary. Ensure kitchen areas are clean, stocked with supplies and refreshments. Order food as needed for office including periodic luncheons. Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed. Distribute mail and packages.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsProven experience in office coordination or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
