This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in Honolulu, HI. The Estimator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing quantity takeoffs using AI-powered software, and collaborating closely with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates. Responsibilities include evaluating project specifications, analyzing labor and material requirements, preparing comprehensive bid proposals, and ensuring estimates align with project budgets and timelines. The Estimator will work to optimize estimation processes and directly contribute to successful project execution.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimating
- Experience using computer-aided estimation tools or software (knowledge of AI-powered takeoff systems is a plus)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
