Role Description
Location: Remote/Hybrid (U.S.) /Possible Travel
Type: Full-Time
Industry: Freight Brokerage | LTL Final Mile
- Coordinate daily shipments across LTL, final-mile, and white-glove networks.
- Communicate with carriers, terminals, and customers to track, trace, update ETAs, and resolve exceptions.
- Schedule pickups & deliveries, prepare BOLs, PODs, and necessary shipment documents.
- Manage OS&D issues, claims intake, and follow through to resolution.
- Support billing by confirming charges, FSC, accessorial, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate load details in our TMS and ensure real-time visibility.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to support new projects and high-volume accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess data and improve logistical processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, with experience in managing stock levels effectively
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and practices to streamline operations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools; experience with logistics or TMS and ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a logistics or supply chain role is highly beneficial
