The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a team approach, an ability to multi-task & a desire to be relational. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts while handling daily office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty with our clients
- Utilize our Agency Management System to track account activities, manage leads, and document our recommendations.
- Networking- Seeking opportunities for new business
Experience
- Insurance experience not necessary, however the candidate would have to be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license (at our expense)
- Excellent customer relations & communication skills (both verbal & written)
