About Blueprint Institute

Blueprint Institute is a small, high-touch men’s recovery immersion program designed to provide structure, accountability, and support for men seeking meaningful change. Our clients participate in a structured day-to-day environment that includes coaching, therapy, group work, experiential activities, and recovery-focused routines.

This is not an inpatient or medical residential treatment center. However, the role does require someone who is comfortable working in a structured recovery environment and supporting clients who are participating in an intensive, immersive program.

Position Overview

This person will play an important role in helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and oriented while also keeping the practical operations of the program running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, warm, professional, and able to maintain appropriate boundaries.

This role includes schedule coordination, grocery and supply support, client assistance, provider communication, and helping create a positive community environment for men participating in the program.

Experience in inpatient, residential, sober living, mental health, recovery, coaching, or treatment-adjacent environments is strongly preferred, but not required.
