A multi-disciplinary engineering and consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions for infrastructure and environmental projects is seeking a Lead Civil Project Manager to help shape impactful civil engineering and site development projects at their Reno office.
Your Day Includes
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex civil/site development projects
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Preparing design documents, permit applications, and specifications
- Guiding QA/QC reviews and ensuring compliance with local standards
- Building client relationships and supporting proposal development
Must Haves
- PE registration in Nevada (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and mentor staff
