About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Visual Communications professional to manage A/V operations and video production for meetings, events, and social channels.
You will be responsible for producing high quality multimedia content and also design plain‑language collateral and brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
Design flyers, fact sheets, newsletters, templates; create project logos/brand systems.
Produce charts, maps, and graphics; support social/video thumbnails and presentation visuals.
Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards; prep files for print and digital.
Set up and operate A/V for live, hybrid, and virtual meetings and provide troubleshooting on site.
Plan, shoot, and edit videos and produce multimedia presentations and short‑form social content.
Manage publishing across platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
Strong portfolio of high quality graphic designs and experience with multilingual layouts.
Proficiency with Adobe CC.
