Job Description
SALARY RANGE FROM $60K TO $125k (DOE & POSITION)
Minimum Requirements
· Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp with experience in Revit
· Strong understanding of space planning within given constraints
· Ability to balance innovative design and current trends with practicality
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Capability to muti-task and deliver results within given time frames
· Degree or certification in architecture, drafting or related field
Bonus Qualifications
· Expertise in recognizing curb appeal, proportion, and interior flow
· Familiarity with national and local building codes and permitting processes
· Experience working with builders, developers and/or custom homebuilders
Compensation
· $60,000 - $125,000 (dependent on experience)
