About Blueprint Behavioral HealthBlueprint Behavioral Health is a growing adult residential mental health treatment program located in Mission Viejo, California. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care in a safe and supportive environment where clients can heal, grow, and build lasting wellness.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to help lead our clinical team and shape the future of our program.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical services
- Supervise, mentor, and support therapists and clinical staff
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Conduct clinical assessments and oversee treatment planning
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, documentation standards, and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Support quality improvement initiatives and program development
- Assist with crisis intervention and clinical decision-making
- Foster a collaborative, ethical, and client-centered culture
- Current California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field
- Leadership experience in behavioral health or residential treatment preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, individualized care
- Competitive salary ($85,000–$110,000 DOE)
