Veterinary Technician Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor in Buffalo, NY with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Pay: $28.80 - $45.10 / hour

This Pay Band Is Dependent On Experience.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will…

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge. 
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. 
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings. 
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff. 
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans. 
• Other related duties as assigned.
