We are seeking a Boarded or Residency-trained Veterinary Internist to join our team. Our team is a close-knit, fun-loving group that aims to provide exceptional care for our patients, clients, and rDVM community. The ideal applicant is an autonomous and motivated individual who develops positive, lasting relationships with clients and works collaboratively with hospital personnel (both DVM and non-DVM). Our ideal candidate understands the importance of fostering strong connections with rDVMs and takes an active role in mentoring and supporting staff development, all while cultivating a collaborative, laid-back, and fun team atmosphere.

Collaborative Medicine

BluePearl currently manages a one-of-a-kind surgical specialty hospital with an excellent reputation. Our team works with two neurologists, two oncologists, a radiation oncologist, a cardiologist (traveling), one physical therapist, and eight emergency doctors in our building. This integrated setup allows for seamless collaboration across specialties, giving patients access to coordinated, high-quality care all in one location.
The Internal Medicine department has its own dedicated treatment area and doctor's office, allowing for focused patient care and a streamlined workflow.
The addition of an internal medicine service will only enhance and expand upon the quality of care we currently provide.
