What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinarian - Cardiologist position at BluePearl Pet Hospital?
Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center in Levittown, Philadelphia and Conshohocken PA, both affiliated with BluePearl Veterinary Partners, are seeking a full time boarded or residency trained veterinarian in cardiology to join our new state of the art emergency and specialty hospital in Philadelphia, Conshohocken or Levittown.
Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center (VSEC), a BluePearl Veterinary Partners hospital in Philadelphia, opened in 2013 and expanded in 2017 to 12,500 square feet.
Our Philadelphia hospital has more than 50 veterinarians on staff, offering a strong collaborative atmosphere with specialist consultations on a regular basis. We work in close partnership with VSEC 's Levittown hospital, which is a Level 1 Certified facility, the highest level of certification, awarded by the Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Society. We have 6 boarded ECC clinicians and an anesthesiologist to collaborate with on management of the critical cardiac patients. We have 31 board-certified clinicians boarded in anesthesiology, cardiology, clinical pathology, dentistry & oral surgery, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, emergency & critical care, holistic medicine & acupuncture, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology, radiation oncology and surgery.
