Position Overview
As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll help prepare and plate food, wash dishes, stock supplies, and keep the kitchen clean and organized. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment to help create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, labeling, and packaging.
- Prepare and plate menu items according to presentation and portion standards.
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the kitchen, prep areas, dish station, and storage spaces clean and organized.
- Restock food, supplies, and inventory throughout the day.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure efficient service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is helpful but not required.
